Getting Here Is Easy
Our premises at Strada Mercy 14 sit between the Fabric tram stop and the old market building, a five-minute walk from Piața Unirii. There is paid street parking on Strada Mercy itself and a public car park on the adjacent street open until 21:00. If you are arriving by tram, lines 1 and 8 stop within two minutes on foot. The shopfront is immediately recognisable by its cream walls and the deep burgundy woodwork around the windows and door — a landmark our regulars have used for directions since 2005. We are on the ground floor with step-free access and a waiting area just inside the entrance, furnished in the same warm cream-and-burgundy tones you will find throughout our premises.

Opening Hours
We are closed on Sundays. Wednesday evening appointments until 19:30 are available by prior arrangement — call or email to request one.
Friday
Friday hours are 09:00 to 17:00. We close an hour earlier on Fridays to allow the team time for end-of-week administration and preparation for the Saturday morning rush. Last appointments on Fridays are at 16:30.
Saturday
Saturday morning sessions run from 10:00 to 14:00. These slots are the most popular of the week and fill quickly — if you need a Saturday appointment, booking at least a week in advance is strongly recommended.

What is the fastest way to reach you for something urgent?
Call us on +40 256 310 487. The phone is answered in person during opening hours. For genuine emergencies outside hours, leave a voicemail and we will return your call first thing the next morning. Email is best for non-urgent enquiries.
Can I request a specific team member?
Yes, and we encourage it. When you book, simply mention the name of the person you have worked with before. We will schedule accordingly wherever diary availability allows. Continuity matters to us as much as it matters to you.
Is there a fee for an initial consultation?
Consultations under thirty minutes to assess scope and answer initial questions are provided free of charge. Formal written assessments lasting longer than thirty minutes are charged at our standard consultation rate, which is confirmed before you commit. The free initial call is genuinely free — no obligation follows.
