What We Do, and How We Do It
Highland Mercer provides a focused range of services selected over 26 years of listening to what Timișoara residents actually ask for. We do not offer everything; we offer the things we can do extremely well. Every service begins with a short consultation — in person, by phone, or by email — where we agree scope and price before a single minute of work begins. We document everything, we use established local suppliers, and we follow up after completion to make sure you are satisfied. Our team works Tuesday through Saturday with extended hours on Wednesday evenings by prior arrangement, and we are always reachable by phone on Strada Mercy during opening hours.

Consultations and assessments
A structured one-to-one session with a senior team member who will review your situation, explain your options in plain language, and produce a written summary you can take away. Consultations last between thirty and ninety minutes and are available Monday through Saturday. Ideal for anyone who wants a clear picture before committing to any further work.
Scheduled maintenance visits
Regular, pre-planned visits on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to keep your property or equipment in the condition you expect. We issue a digital record of every visit, flag any issues we spot early, and keep a running history so there are no surprises. Our maintenance clients consistently report fewer emergency call-outs and lower long-term costs.
Urgent call-out service
When something cannot wait, call us before noon and we aim to attend the same afternoon. Our call-out team carries a comprehensive stock of common replacement parts and materials so that the majority of urgent jobs are resolved in a single visit. A fixed call-out fee is agreed over the phone before we travel — no unpleasant surprises.
Product supply and installation
We source quality goods from Romanian and EU suppliers, deliver to your address in Timișoara, and install them correctly. Because we handle supply and installation together, responsibility never falls into a gap between a retailer and a fitter. One point of contact, one invoice, one guarantee covering both parts and labour for twelve months.
Ongoing support and aftercare
Work does not end when we leave. Existing clients can call our direct aftercare number for advice, minor adjustments, or follow-up visits at a reduced rate. We keep records of everything we have done for you, so whichever team member picks up, they know your history and do not ask you to start from scratch.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
For non-urgent consultations we typically have availability within two to three business days. For urgent call-outs, call us before noon and we will confirm same-day availability over the phone within the hour. Saturday morning slots fill fastest — book those at least a week ahead.
Do you serve areas outside central Timișoara?
Yes. We cover the whole municipality of Timișoara including Fabric, Cetate, Freidorf, and Ronaț, as well as the immediate surrounding communes within roughly fifteen kilometres. If you are unsure whether your address falls in our service zone, call us and we will confirm within minutes.
Are your prices fixed or can they change after the quote?
The price you agree to in writing before work begins is the price you pay. The only exception is if you request additional scope mid-job — in that case we will pause, agree a new written figure, and only then continue. We will never present a higher number at the end without your prior approval.
What guarantee do you provide on completed work?
All completed work carries a twelve-month labour guarantee from the date of completion. Supplied products carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition. If anything we did causes a problem within that period, we return at no charge and put it right.
Can I book recurring services on a contract basis?
Absolutely. Our scheduled maintenance programme operates on annual contracts with monthly, quarterly, or biannual visit frequencies depending on your needs. Contract clients receive priority scheduling, a dedicated contact, and a five percent discount on any additional call-out work booked in the same year.
